I believe in the power each client has within themselves to use problems as opportunities to heal old wounds and release negative self-beliefs. I accept my clients exactly where they are, excited to journey with them toward enhanced consciousness and their authentic self. Feeling heard and validated are important aspects of my client relationships. A specialty of mine, is the Mind-Body Connection. "Our thoughts become our Reality" is my favorite saying. What we think about, often reveals itself in our bodies, through disease, fatigue or illness. This is an example of the Universal Law of Attraction. I enjoy teaching more about the Universal Laws and helping clients use them in daily life.
