I am interested in helping people find their way along their personal journey. I enjoy working with adults, couples and adolescents. My approach is gentle and supportive. My theory focuses on using a combination of Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral and Insight oriented therapies. I have practiced in the field for 30 years. My first profession was Recreation Therapy an now Psychodynamic Therapist. I am licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. I look forward to meeting you.
