At Footprints, each therapist brings a unique approach that is tailored to each client’s needs. I welcome anyone ready to begin healing from internal wounds, whether they are fully aware of them or not. I work with clients who want to increase self-awareness and grow, even if they aren’t sure where to start. Using a trauma-focused lens, I help identify the roots of struggles such as substance use, anxiety, depression, or PTSD. I draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and CBT to provide compassionate, personalized care that supports healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
