In addition to traditional psychotherapy approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I am trained and certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and the Safe and Sound Protocol. At the heart of my work is a simple but profound belief: we are all human, doing our best to thrive in a beautiful—yet often challenging—world. I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and a client-centered mindset, grounded in the belief that we each hold an innate capacity to heal with the right support and guidance. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression, and have extensive experience supporting individuals through these challenges. I am certified to provide KAP to help reduce symptoms related to depression, trauma, and other forms of emotional distress. Additionally, I’m trained in a nervous system-based intervention.
