Addressing attachment, inner-child, and internal wounds and experiences from throughout a client’s life to assist in addressing complex emotions in an autonomous and empowered manner. As a therapist, I have found trauma-informed approaches helpful with clients to assist them in managing emotion and nervous system regulation.
