I work with individuals, families and couples that struggle with a variety of issues (i.e. anxiety, depression, life transitions and various health conditions) providing services ranging from counseling to wellness coaching to group support and education. Areas of focus include emotional health and physical well-being, spiritual health and purpose. I integrate traditional counseling techniques with mind, body, and spirit elements to help clients better identify their strengths, desires, and tools of resilience for effectively navigating through life.
