We all have our challenges and our life issues, whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, a profound loss, family conflict, or parenting difficulties. Seeking support can be the greatest gift we give ourselves when our challenges overwhelm us or even feel as if they define our daily lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples for over 18 years in both day treatment and outpatient settings. Areas with a particular focus and expertise have been in anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, family conflict and parenting issues.
