I hope for my clients to learn new ways to manage life stress and accept the things we cannot change. I have worked with children and families in child welfare and beyond for 10 years. I have lived all over Arizona and am proud to call Arizona home. I completed my BS in Psychology through the University of Phoenix and my Master's in Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University. I have been married for 20 years, have two adult children, and have been a stepmother for 20 years.
