I strongly believe in the importance of the family. Each individual is important in the family system and brings a different dynamic into it. I enjoy working with individuals and families: both parent/child and sibling relationships. While I am most passionate about working with individuals suffering with trauma/PTSD, anxiety/depression, the family relationship needs support as well, particularly with challenging children. Sometimes an outside perspective can help us see things differently. Challenges in a family are guaranteed, but with some encouragement and support, we can become stronger through those challenges.
