If you are having some trouble with how to regulate big emotions in a little body, how to build your self-confidence or you are starting to feel stagnant in your athletic performance let me support. I use many different modalities to support an array of client issues. During our sessions together I take on the sports mindset that we are a team. I cannot put in more effort than my client, we will work together on choosing the modality that suits your progress. I will sometimes challenge you, I will always validate you and I will give you tools for you to try to help reach your treatment goals.
