I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of professional work experience, during which I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My experience ranges from working with the elderly in hospital settings to crisis stabilization efforts and longer-term recovery in a community mental health center—and some programs in between. I have learned to meet people where they are and create a safe space for them to share their stories. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. My therapy style draws from an assortment of systems, including motivational interviewing, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral perspectives.
