I am a clinical psychologist with many years of experience helping couples and individuals reach their therapy goals. In my work with couples, I help them rediscover enjoyment in the relationship as we work on the issues that have gotten in the way. We look at communication, value clarification, and compromising during times of conflict . In my work with individuals, we collaboratively explore what has been interfering with reaching their goals by looking at repetitive patterns and self defeating behaviors.
