I enjoy working with people at every stage of their life and therapy journey. I understand that reaching out is a huge step for many people, and I am here to guide you through the process of beginning and getting the most out of therapy. I want to help folks realize their goals of self-actualization, peace, contentment, and happiness. I often work with neurodivergent clients, as well as adults navigating the impact of developmental and relational trauma they experienced as children of emotionally immature and neglectful parents or primary caregivers. As a trans nonbinary person, I am especially attuned to supporting other people in the LGBTQIA+ community and have extensive experience serving adults within that community. For many clients, I utilize EMDR to reduce distress caused by past trauma. Through EMDR, my clients report more ease in their life and responses to everyday stressors.
