About
I have been working as a psychotherapist for 20 years and in a variety of settings before that. I enjoy working with all ages and through different hands-on methods that evoke thoughtfulness. Activities for children and adults help clients determine obstacles and ways to overcome them. I am open to working individually and in groups with couples and families. The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other while considering the crux of the issue and overall methodologies to explore initially. I have an eclectic approach that follows the client's direction and provides feedback throughout to increase success from the start. I work best with individuals who are curious to learn more about themselves and excited to grow.
