I have a passion for working with clients who are ready to heal intergenerational patterns that are no longer serving them. Clients come to me when they are struggling to reconnect with the authentic version of themselves and/or want to heal from relational wounds and deepen their connection with others. It can be hard to exist authentically in the world due to trauma, societal, and systemic concerns. We are taught in Individualistic and Westernized culture that independence reigns over connection; but, we did not arrive in this world as solo travelers. We were never meant to journey through this life alone. View 6 Photos I offer traditional psychotherapy with a systemic humanistic focus. I focus on treatment within the context of ones' relationships with others and the larger systems they are a part of. Through this work, my clients develop insight around their relational patterns and learn to let go of the parts of self that are no longer serving them or their relationships
