As a bicultural and bilingual woman, I understand the stress many people experience in their daily lives. I was drawn to this work because I have seen how life can become challenging, and I wanted to help people work through it. I use a variety of evidenced-based therapy practices with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients work toward their goals. I work collaboratively with my clients to help build skills and techniques they can use in their daily lives to become more aware of unhelpful patterns of behavior and thought, and start to change these patterns over time.
