I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience in mental health, specializing in adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions or low self-esteem. I also have an expertise in helping women and couples who are dealing with infertility, multiple miscarriages and family planning. I believe in a person-centered approach; you are the expert on your life and you can be empowered to change your thoughts and behaviors to improve your emotional well-being. I have an eclectic perspective and like to infuse relaxation and guided meditation into my practice.
