I’m an art therapist and counselor who works with individuals of all ages - including children, teens, adults, couples, and families - to support healing, growth, and self-discovery. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, body image concerns, identity exploration, or major life and relationship transitions. I offer a warm, collaborative space where creativity is a tool for expression and change. Not all clients use art in sessions, but for those interested, virtual art therapy may include visual journaling, painting, drawing, or sculpture with up-cycled items - created together or completed between sessions.
