Hello, I’m Leah Cote, a licensed clinical social worker in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. With 15 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, from youth and adolescents to adults and families. My practice focuses on a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various settings, which has deepened my understanding of how our environments and relationships shape our experiences.
