In recent times life can seem overwhelming. I can help you to make your life feel more manageable. I aim to be gentle and caring with my clients. I don't want to push anyone more than they are ready for. I will, however, help you to challenge thought patterns and beliefs that might be holding you back. I am an LICSW offering affirming, nurturing therapy to adults and adolescents. Many of my clients are women managing relationship issues, work, and/or parenting; and members of the LGBTQIA? community.
