Success can often come at the cost of severe relationship stress, anxiety and professional burnout. Many of us, despite seeming to have it all together – being successful, capable, and relied on by everyone - long for peace, and joy. My work as a therapist grew after graduating from NYU, founding a charter school, and learning the principles of mindfulness and human potential. As a result, my approach combines slower deeper healing techniques that go beyond surface-level solutions to address root trauma, along with more energetic, action oriented, and coach-like strategies that empower individuals to make meaningful changes.
