Are you struggling to help manage your child's big emotions? Are you feeling overwhelmed by what feels like a constant power struggle? I'm here to help! Children often have lots of big emotions that they don't know what to do with. I would love to help build your and your child's toolbox to minimize life's struggles and communicate effectively. I am a licensed associate counselor who specializes in child and adolescent therapy. I currently work at Raise Behavioral Health. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and their families. Some of the approaches I use in sessions include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, DBT, art therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
