I am a social worker, so my treatment framework is systems-oriented. I utilize Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating principles in treating disordered eating & body dysmorphia. I proudly offer gender and sexuality-affirming care. I use genuine connection, compassion, client-centered goal checkins, and fun in my sessions. Laughter is a healing resource!
