The clients that I have worked well with are young adults or any age adult, struggling to navigate dating, marriage, parenting, and family relationships. They usually carry deeply held beliefs about themselves that cause great suffering. The client wants relief from these painful symptoms and also to more fully understand themselves and the early roots of their struggles. They want more out of life than just surviving; they want to thrive.
