Therapy can help if you are dealing with life transitions, grief/loss, relationship or family issues, general stress, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, or coping with past trauma. I have over 10 years' experience using evidence-based treatments to support others in these areas. I earned my education and training at the University of Michigan and in federal service working for the Veteran's Health Administration.
