In working in a number of different settings, Leah has worked with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. The primary focus is adults. Concerns that clients may work on, and not limited to, are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions/adjustments, adoption, mood management, and relationship/communication issues. Leah has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Techniques.
