Relationships are complicated. People often find themselves knowing that they want to be happier without knowing how or where to begin. I invite you to discover what is possible. I work with couples addressing issues including conflict resolution, communication challenges, betrayal, and intimacy issues. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management and self esteem. I have a client-centered approach that puts emphasis on empowering people to address patterns of behavior that may be outdated, ineffective or unhealthy.
