I’m Leah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience helping adults (18+) facing anxiety, depression, trauma (past and current), identity struggles, relationship challenges, substance use, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your story and work towards change. I’m EMDR-trained and bring years of experience in crisis response, co-responding, hospital, and correctional settings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed.
