My work is based on the belief that caring for our mental health is an essential part of our overall wellbeing. I collaborate with my clients to help them understand their strengths, gain insight into challenges, experiment with new ways of interacting with others, and learn new skills to work towards cultivating fulfilling lives. As part of this process I strive to create a warm, empathic environment, and I prioritize developing therapeutic relationships with clients based on authenticity and trust. I draw from client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy techniques in my work with adults. I am experienced in helping individuals with a broad range of concerns including anxiety/stress, mood difficulties, identity exploration, career and school, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I also have interests in working with young adults, neurodiverse clients, and women.
