We will focus on building your confidence and finding your inner shine. Hopefully leading to taking charge of your life and making your own path. You are ultimately the expert here, I will just guide you along the way. I have eight years of experience as a clinician in the mental health field. Helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and so much more. We will use a CBT-approach paired with DBT, specifically focusing on mindfulness, setting goals and establishing a self-care routine. You will be in control the entire time.
