I am a clinical mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience working with college students and young women aged 18–40. I specialize in trauma and resiliency integrating evidence-based positive psychology informed by modern neuroscience with somatic release and EMDR. With a background in somatic therapy, I bring a unique, intuitive approach to my practice. I have a naturally heightened ability to sense somatic traumas that may be deeply held in the body and unconscious mind. The combination of trauma and somatic therapy results in a highly effective approach for integrative healing.
