To experience pain and feel lost at times is to be human. You are not alone in this. Life has a way of knocking all of us off course at one time or another. This often creates anxiety and depression. There are just some things that we were not taught how to deal with when we were kids in school. This is where I feel counseling comes in. After all, how can you possibly expect yourself to know how to do something that you have never experienced or learned before? There is hope though. We all have the innate ability to grow and heal.
