I specialize in working with young adults & adults navigating trauma, life changes, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict & identity discovery. I hold experience & deep passion in working with young adults, college students, immigrants and LGBTQI+ persons. I feel great honor & gratitude to witness my clients at their most vulnerable, boundless, fragmented, and vibrant. I've been working in the field for the past 20 years in various settings. My style is rooted in person-centered, psychodynamic, somatic & feminist perspective. My style involves creating a warm, safe, and attentive space for you to feel seen and heard fully — mind, body, and soul. You can expect an experience where you are given opportunities to explore your inner world and this will evolve through the first few sessions.
