Hi, I’m LeAnn. I’m a licensed mental health counselor who works with men and women from the age of 13 to 99. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other emotional challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Adlerian-based Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) concepts.
