I am dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma, grow in self-awareness, and find and establish their identity and value. I have walked through infidelity in my marriage and I understand the devastation betrayal has on a partner, a relationship, and a family. I am also passionate to support clients as they explore religious trauma and deconstruction. I am acutely aware of the complex process of healing in these areas and believe being supported well assists in healing and recovery. Asking for help is often difficult, however my client-centered approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and begin healing.
