I am passionate about my work with individuals and couples, and I enjoy supporting others to work through life’s struggles and live their best lives. While working in the mental health field, I have worked with people from all aspects of life. In addition, I specialize in working with police officers, first responders, and their families. I offer a compassionate, direct, and honest approach to therapy. I feel that a holistic approach, addressing the whole person, can help clients work towards goals and make positive changes that will last. In order to maintain mental health and well-being, the emotional, physical and spiritual components of our lives should also be addressed.
