Making the choice to start therapy is not easy. If you are exploring this decision, I would love to partner with you on that journey. I have a passion to work with individuals and couples ready to explore what healing looks like for them. Areas that I specialize in are trauma and anxiety disorders. I am trained in phases 1, 2 & 3 of Brainspotting, EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS parts work). These techniques help us process into the subcortical levels of our brain to experience deeper and longer lasting healing. I am available to provide a Christian counseling perspective, but love walking with all walks of life.
