From a young age I wanted to be a therapist. My goal is to be the therapist that I needed as a child and an adult. Someone who would not only listen but really hear me, would be able to relate to me, offer skills, guidance and support to help me learn how to improve all areas of my life. Let me help you find the skills, knowledge and support you need to improve relationships, responses and your understanding to reach success in your life. We will create a treatment plan together to help guide you to reach your goals. Setbacks happen, nobody is perfect. When they do happen, we will work through and figure out ways to modify. l specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety and many other areas of concern. What sets me apart from others therapists is the experience I have both in and out of sessions. I am certified in A Window Between Worlds therapeutic art, cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical behavior therapy. I also have experience in relationships and parenting.
