With warmth and sincerity, I welcome people who seek to heal wounds of the past and achieve peak levels of performance. I have expertise in the areas of trauma, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC. Additionally, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR.) My approach to therapy is person-centered and flexible. I primarily use EMDR accompanied by parts work and skills building. This approach is highly flexible and attachment-based.
