I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful relationship/family patterns and want support navigating change. Clients often come to therapy for concerns such as communication struggles and emotional disconnection to sexual intimacy issues and infidelity. I work with individuals from pre-teen through adult My therapeutic approach is relational, attachment-based, and systemic. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I help clients reach meaningful change; more than the problem disappearing, the aim is for secure connection. I work through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as well as other modalities (CBT, SFBT, MI).
