Welcome to my page! I work with individuals, groups, and couples, supporting clients in living more integrated, authentic, and pleasure-filled lives, on their own terms. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and freedom from judgement. Together we will identify patterns and work on keeping what works and changing what no longer serve you. My clients learn skills and coping mechanisms to move beyond identifying the cause of the concern and not only overcome past and current struggles, but empower you to face new challenges with confidence and trust. My job is to support you in feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically connected to yourself and others. I am most experienced in ADHD/Neurodivergence, sex therapy, trauma, anxiety, depression, and sexuality. Utilizing an integrative approach to therapy, I listen to your needs taking from different techniques to see what works best for you.
