We are a multidisciplinary practice offering both counseling and physical therapy. We believe that total wellness includes both your mental and physical wellbeing and strive to meet that need in our community. We offer counseling services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy and treat a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and eating disorders. Here at Legacy, we also offer mental performance counseling for athletes or anyone trying to improve their mental game in sports, the classroom, or in their careers. Our experience treating a wide range of issues and disorders has cultivated an openness, understanding, and knowledge-base that benefits our clients. We believe the therapeutic process to be successful first through a strong rapport between therapist and client and we work hard to meet our clients where they are at and to be a solid support for them.
