I view my role as a lantern in the dark. It is challenging to walk around in the dark without any sense of direction before you find a lantern sitting on a stool. It is up to you to decide to pick up the lantern, to use it to guide your path through the dark, walk the path, overcome the barriers before you, and find mental wellness.
