One of my favorite quotes from Brene Brown is "Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen". Today, more than ever, we are seeing a staggering amount of anxiety, depression and trauma in our society. It is so important for people of any age to learn skills and build resilience to cope with these challenges. Therapy provides that space for clients to work on this and to master the skills and be empowered. I provide a warm and gentle environment for my clients to do so.
