Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 20 years of experience. While my therapy style is strongly influenced by cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapy, I tailor counseling to fit patient's unique needs. Faith sensitive counseling is available for those wanting to incorporate religious beliefs into therapy. I primarily treat individual adults and older teens. I enjoy using the PREPARE/ENRICH model for premarital counseling, which is typically completed in about 8 sessions. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, faith issues, grief, trauma recovery, PTSD, sexual abuse, career counseling and testing, educational counseling (i.e., test anxiety, college decision making), premarital counseling, pregnancy loss/infertility, and professional licensing supervision.
