I work with adults, couples, and families who are experiencing overwhelming relational stress, emotional pain, or significant life transitions. By the time most people reach out for therapy, they’re often exhausted from trying to hold things together, stuck in the same conflicts, feeling disconnected from someone they care about, or carrying the heavy weight of anxiety, grief, or past experiences. In therapy, my role is to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and create space for relief and change.
