I work with children, teens, adults, and families, and I welcome people from all walks of life. I take time to really get to know each person as an individual, because no two people or families are the same. My counseling style is flexible and based on your needs, strengths, and goals. My approach is laid-back, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Sessions are guided by you, at a pace that feels comfortable. We all go through tough times, and finding a counselor you or your child can relate to makes a big difference. Helping people feel heard, understood, and supported is truly my passion. View 4 Photos I use a mix of approaches, including ART (Advanced Accelerated Resolution), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy. I also enjoy incorporating therapeutic art techniques when they are helpful. Along with my professional training, I bring real-life experience and an understanding of how challenging life stressors are.
