I believe empathy can change lives. My ideal client is someone who is looking to make a change in their lives and is ready to take the first step. I specialize in helping individuals and families break cycles of trauma, anxiety, and depression by getting curious about the systems they have been raised in and continue to live in. I have a particular interest in working with women throughout their life cycle, including young adulthood, adulthood, motherhood, pregnancy, and postpartum.
