Currently accepting new clients! I’m Leila, a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist supporting adults, adolescents, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, ADHD, substance use, relationship patterns, body image, or the impact of traumatic lived experiences—and want support that feels grounding, thoughtful, and human. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and build a stronger sense of self-trust, safety, and clarity.
