Hello! I’m Leila; nice to meet you. Sometimes life can bring us challenges and obstacles that leave us feeling uncertain about our ability to cope and overcome them. But, the good news is that therapy can help. And, I’d love the chance to work with you as you grow toward becoming more of who you want to be, and experiencing more of the life you want to live. I’m skilled in a range of therapeutic modalities to address a variety of issues including substance abuse, school and learning challenges, family dysfunction, and race-based or identity-related traumatic stress.
